Araceli has managed over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate, overseeing a diverse tenant mix that includes national brands, financial institutions, local businesses, startups, federal government, and residential use. Her expertise spans operations for all types of projects, including large renovations, capital expenditures, day-to-day management, and emergency response.
Araceli’s leasing experience is extensive, with transactions involving national corporations, small startups, financial institutions, state and federal government entities, ground lease negotiations, and residential properties, with terms of over 40 years.
In addition to property management and leasing, Araceli has successfully participated in and executed property sales for owner-users and investors, including sales of industrial buildings, office properties, retail centers, and vacant land.
With a focus on operational excellence, strong vendor relationships, and people management, Araceli brings a comprehensive, client-focused approach to every property she manages, supporting both owners and tenants in achieving their goals.
In addition to her property management expertise, Araceli brings over 10 years of experience in resort operations, including condominium and hotel management, where she led large teams of up to 100 employees in Hawaii, Texas, and Colorado, supporting brands such as Wyndham, Grand Hyatt, and boutique resorts. Her background in building operations, financial management, and human capital management has provided a solid foundation for her successful transition into commercial property management.
Who is Araceli?
Araceli is Mexico-born and has lived in Hawaii for about 12 years, embracing the islands’ beauty and lifestyle. Raised in Southern California, she attended Valencia High School, Rancho Santiago College, and Cal State Fullerton, where she focused on Business Administration.
Family is at the heart of Araceli’s life. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, Liam and Penny, exploring Hawaii’s hiking trails, traveling, and making lasting memories.
She values adventure, connection, and finding joy in life’s everyday moments. When not hiking or planning her next trip, Araceli can often be found enjoying quiet moments with her kids or discovering new places in the community she calls home.
